IT is Definitely in the list!!

How many times do you see ads on the net propounding the virtues of list building? I think the answer to that may be all the time!But do we believe it?Do we believe all these internet "gurus"?

Well i have been sceptical but then again when you stop to think about it..if they dont work then why are there so many of them?? I have come across a few people on the net who have success from proprietary lists and then got into list building themselves.The trick is the only way to get results from mailing lists is to be CONSISTENT! Keep the same format for your ads,Send them out regular as clockwork and try to maximise them to the time zone of the country you are targetting.Research has shown that an ad has to be looked at at least 7 times before it even registers with the onlooker!Once the site registers with people a psyhcological event clicks in.Becasue people get used to seeing an ad over and over again it then starts to create credibility in the mind of the potential prospect.The beauty of lots of lists and building them is that they are free...this appeals to lots of people who just cant or dont want to spend money on ads.
